Prototype Manufacturing and Testing

Our capabilities include in-house prototype manufacturing and testing to supplement our design and engineering services. This results in much shorter lead times than outsourcing, eliminates communication errors between design and manufacturing, and reduces the cost of development. Our prototyping capabilities cover the majority of manufacturing processes needed in creating your prototype, but in the event we don't have a particular capability in-house we have a vast network of partners and suppliers who do.

Machine Shop


Our mill and lathe machining capabilities include both manual and CNC machining. With these machining capabilities in-house we can build your functional prototypes efficiently saving time over traditional contract machine shops or money vs. the fast turn prototype shops.

3D Printing

3D Printing

3D prints are perfect for fit checks and fast turn around on design revisions. We can have your parts printed quickly, taking a 3D CAD design to a physical part in only a few hours. With our SLA printers, we are able to print in a variety of materials mimicking traditional polymers including ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, rubber, and even an autoclavable Class 1 biocompatible material.

Assembly, Welding, and Other Capabilities

CMM Measure

In addition to machining and 3D printing, we offer various other capabilities necessary to create your prototype. Some of these include assembly, TIG welding, and reverse engineering.


Test Datalog

Once your prototype is manufactured and assembled, it is ready for testing. Our engineering team coupled with our testing capabilities give us the ability to test the prototypes performance metrics to validate design, and to prepare prototypes for marketing and consumer feedback.
